Our 30-day return window is open for all orders, whether you've shopped in-store or online. Should you find yourself wanting to bring an item back, you can either ship it to us or bring it back into the store. For orders were delivered by us locally and will require us to pick the item up as a part of the return process, an additional delivery fee will be charged and deducted from the refund amount. For orders that were shipped, the buyer is responsible for return shipping
In the event that you're returning a product that's not due to a verified technical issue or warranty claim, all refunds will be subject to a non-negotiable 15% restocking fee.
However, there are some things that can not be retuned:
- Items not in their original condition
- Wall mounts with evidence of attempted installation or open hardware packs
- Items with signs of physical damage post-purchase
Should your return require accompanying accessories, make sure they're all present and accounted for. If not, we'll charge a fee that will be deducted from your refund. But don't worry, if you reunite us with the missing accessories within 5 days, we'll issue a full refund. Any accessories not brought back after 5 days will not be eligible for any sort of refund - no exceptions. Please see the list of accessories below and the fee associated with them not being included with the return. This Fee is deducted from the refund amount.

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. For cash purchases over $100, we may provide a cash refund if we have enough on hand. If not, a company check or electronic payment will be issued within 24 business hours.
